My only question is why is the pizza dough so tough? I've only had two other pizzas from different places (Northshore Pizza Company and Barnaby's) that could go for the crowning achievement of toughest pizza dough. Super dry too, barely any sauce or cheese. Plenty of pickles since I got the pickle pizza. Definitely not worth the price they charge either. If you want a good pizza place to go to I'd suggest Lou Malnatis, Papa Johns or Rosatis.
