I was in the area on vacation and wanted to get a dérailleur cable replaced same day if possible so could ride during my vacation. Called ahead and Bob said urge, bring the bike in. I took my bike in and Bob personally replaced the cable and replaced a worn out chain and I was out the door in an hour! Obviously fast in a pinch, and very friendly and courteous too!
I bought my bike here a couple months ago. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. It is such a pleasure riding a bike that 'fits'. I have rekindled my love for riding.
