They have great quality bikes and amazing customer service!
GREAT PRICES AND SERVICE!! Bob's did a great job getting me all the parts I needed to repair my bike, he has great prices and does everything he can to get you back out pedaling. He has a ton of knowledge and so does his staff. I would highly recommend this shop for any bike needs, big or small!
I recently bought a couple specialized bicycles here. Bob is excellent with business. knowledgable, great deals, small town business. Love stopping in while I'm out riding. Recently got a Rockhopper Pro and love the bike. He sized me up a perfect fit and always takes care of me when Im in.
Could not ask for a more knowledgeable bicycle staff. Great selection of bikes too. Skip buying the Walmart cheapie that will only last a year or two and get a high-quality bicycle assembled and set up by guys who truly know what they are doing.
Doubt there is a better and more personable bike mechanic in Wisconsin, or in the U.S., for that matter!
Purchased a Specialized about a year ago, still absolutely love it! Thanks to Bob for walking me through the process and getting the best possible two wheeler for me! I will be in for a tune up soon!
