We contracted Bobs motorhome repair to repair the roof on our motorhome and was promised a 10 year warranty for the roof repair against leaks; transferable. We were promised a ten day repair. after more than a month, several broken promises and several different excuses for the delay, we were told our unit was ready for delivery. We picked up our motorhome and discovered the next day that the cover over our vent was no longer there. We had to return, (yet another 40 minute drive) to have it replaced. Terrible Place. Do Not Rent from Here. – Bob's is making a name for itself for unethical business dealings, including the refusal to return deposits within alloted times or at all. They are not certified by Winnebago, and put customers on the road with defective equipment. Customer service is terrible unless they want something from you. When it comes time to return the deposit, all emails and phone calls go unreturned. Heading to small claims court. Not the end to our vacation I was hoping for.
