Super service
Called to get a bid to assess a dishwasher in a house I had listed. He was very short with me and said he only worked on American appliances, he wont work with real estate agents and he would charge me $65 just to go look at it. I understand he would want to charge for a service call, but the way he handled the situation was very unprofessional and snippy. I certainly wont ever call him again for anything!
I FOUND BOB TO BE PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM AND MADE THE REPAIR AND THEN TOOK THE TIME TO PERFORM A TEST TO ASSURE THAT THE REPAIR WAS GOOD. ALSO, I FOUND HIM TO BE A PLEASENT CHRISTIAN GENTLEMAN.
