Randy was so helpful! He was available super fast! Got the door unlocked and got the key matched and the door back in business. He was super easy to work with!
I lost my key fob for my Kona and desperately needed a replacement. I called around 930-10PM and made an appointment for the next day at 1PM. They were late arriving by about 20 minutes, and the tech hadn't reached out to me, so I called their office to follow up on when the technician expected to arrive. I was told they needed x and that he would be arriving in about half an hour. When he arrived, he did a good job, and had good 1-1 communication.
