Excellent service. Very professional crew. I would definitely have them back.
I have a property up in Helen. I made an appt with this company at 1:30 on a Saturday. I had to drive an hour and 40 minutes to meet them because I live in kennesaw. They NEVER SHOWED UP AND THEY NEVER CALLED! I tried calling several times to no avail. What a waste of time! Don’t know how they got such good reviews, especially since I couldn’t even get them to show up. Terrible professionalism. I will be sure to share my horrible experience with as many people who will listen. Bob’s tree service is a joke!
