Is there any way to get Pizzagana mailed to us in Florida no one knows how to make it here and we can't even buy the fresh cheese to make our own.
They have Bresaola. Which is hard to find. I bought a pound of it. Good stuff. They have piave vecchio cheese. I’ll have to get some. Pretty good selection of Italian meats & cheeses.
