Great tec. Great professional company.
Very knowledgeable
Three of the past 4 service visits, their technicians have been novices and resulted in a more senior technician arriving to actually fix the problem at a later date. Technicians have frequently arrived after the time window they promised. Prior to 2025, I received excellent service and I have been a subscriber to their Pro Service Plan-Elite Plan. The service I received in 2023 and 2024 was excellent, 2025 has been poor. I likely will find another HVAC company once my annual plan membership expires.
I purchased a brand-new York HVAC systemfrom ARS in April 2025 and have already had to schedule two service calls for the same recurring issue. Despite sending out more than five technicians, the problem remains unresolved. I am frustrated to say the least!
