No coordination between front office and technician. Too many texts.
ARS Rescue Router of Durham NC just installed a new AC/Heat system for us. It’s wonderful! Everyone from Aaron who speced the system for us to the installers who did all of the work were fantastic. We could not be happier to have worked with them. I recommend you call them for any heating/cooling needs you have. There great. Remember ARS Rescue Router of Durham NC are the best!
I am on a prepaid service plan. In the spring I spent 3 days having technicians not show up in the scheduled window and even had to change days. In the end my service was skipped. Today I had an 8-12 window for service and as of 1:15pm I have no technician. Upon calling them I am told a technician will contact me. I wonder what day that will be. In any case I would think hard about using this service. It is even difficult to get any response to stop the payment. Really disappointing.
Ricardo Rivera very nice person, professional and respectful. He did a great job and explained in detail as to what he had done with pictures.
