Tried fixing our furnace late December for two days and couldn't and didn't charge us a dime. Just had our furnace replaced and they were kind and respectful the whole time and our heat came back immediately. Great family business and great people.
Brent worked on my furnace for two days in December, and didn't charge me anything. He informed me I needed a new furnace, but we didn't have the money at the time. We lived for two months using electric heaters to survive, but when we had the money for the furnace replacement, we agreed that calling Bob's to help us was the only choice. Thank you, Brent and brother-in-law. I'm sorry I'm not sure if your name, I suck at that!
They did an excellent job.
We call Bob whenever we have a plumbing issue and he always does excellent work. He and his team are reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
He was honest and spot on. Can't ask for much more.
