Evan Toups came out to take care of my plumbing issue, to unclog the drain line from my washing machine. He was personable, pleasant and answered my every question. Cleaned up afterward and didn't leave until he knew the issue was resolved.
Not pleased with maintenance visit. Tech who did the pipe flushing was told the last time I had maintenance (other provider) the pipe got packed at the guest BR drain causing a over flow and I had to replace wood floor in hall next to that BR. He insisted that would not happen because everything including pipes were new. Well I woke up to a blocked drain. Luckily didn't overflow. U then sent a plumber out who wanted to charge me $300.
