Didn’t install unit correctly, flooded our basement. Ac doesn’t work, no one has ever checked back with us. Beware.
Had a brand new AC system installed by Bob’s Heating, and less than 3 years it began leaking due to a manufacturer defect. We were still billed for the labor and repair, even though the issue stemmed from faulty equipment and they were reimbursed by the manufacturer. We later found out that leak detection dye wasn’t used during installation, which delayed the diagnosis and may have led to further damage.
