Quick arrival, very thorough service.
We were very unsatisfied with the HVAC installation and maintenance. At our first year inspection/ maintenance, the service worker told us that the person who installed our system had installed a part wrong and that it was causing our system to overwork, essentially causing us to use more energy/ increase our energy bills. We had Bobs do our HVAC annual maintenance. The tech was very nice, thorough and explained all he was doing! We have had Bob’s service our equipment before and will continue to have them do our annual maintenance!
