Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning replaced our furnace and heat pump 3 weeks ago. Technician Bryon did a perfect job. He was very professional. Our furnace is located in the attic with very tight entrance. Bryon had to remove the attic entrance's frames in order to get the new furnace into the attic. After the replacement work done, he put the frames back without any mess. The new system has been running for 3 weeks now and we're very happy with it. We recently moved in to our new home and some of the room seems colder than others. Jerome our service man was very thorough in making sure that I know how to operate the system. He spent more than two hours adjusting and inspecting the vent and ductwork. Thank you Bob’s heating & Jerome for standing behind your product.
We had an excellent experience with Bob's who came out to do duct and dryer vent cleaning. Fast, friendly, and affordable! First, Jessica was very responsive and got us scheduled as soon as she could. The technician, Benton, was very thorough, respectful of home and communicated with me about the process. He cleaned everything, fixed our furnace quickly and made sure everything was working before leaving. Great service! I will definitely use them again
Highly recommended. Technicians were on time, very courteous, and thorough. We noticed the air quality improvement almost immediately.
Some problems with panel after self cleaning. Called for A/C system maintenance and help to solve safety light on panel. Service scheduled within one day. Fix was easy as this was customer error. Entire system maintenance checked.
