Prior to contacting Bob, I had another company look at my heat pump since it was only blowing cold air. That company didn’t properly diagnose the issue, so I reached out to Bob for service. Not only did Bob show up within the hour, but he was able to correctly assess the problem and fix it quickly (faulty heat sequencer). This was much better than being told that we needed some additional heat strips (way more expensive “fix”).
Best service ever! AC went out on a heat advisory day, so I called first thing in the morning and left a message. Bob called me back immediately and was at my house within the hour. Diagnosed that our fan motor needed replaced and was back working on it with the new motor within an hour and a half. He's replaced a heat exchanger on our other furnace a couple years back. He's very nice, knowledgeable, responsive, and his prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!
