Poor communication. I wasted 6 weeks of my time waiting for them to repair and create a new screen. One of the installers would come to my home unannounced expecting me to be available to install my screen. Just text me call me, but was told not so good with technology. It was disappointing and unprofessional with the final time the installer came and was banging on my door and I was just out of the shower and told him that I was not available at the moment and he said he was going to wait. Bob came by today and repaired my window. It was quick, reasonable and with kindness for this old woman. 89yrs. For the elderly out there He is trustworthy and provides us with good service. And I'm sure this is true for all his clients.
