Great service
I've never had a screen replacement. Bob did an amazing job. He recommended to go with an original screen instead of something cheaper, but he explained why it was wiser. Even with the holidays & shipping delays, Bob was quick to attend to me & fix my phone. Once the screen replacement came in, Bob took about 2 hours to replace it. It is actually better than it was thanks to a new battery which came included with the new screen & Bob installed. I will recommend Bob for future screen replacements to any friends & family.
