I ordered a sectional originally. The sectional was too big so they did allow me to exchange it for something different. I opted for a 2-piece living room set (this was all beginning of June). I was told ahead of time that my loveseat wouldn’t be delivered until end of July. I wasn’t happy about that but still ok. My delivery was scheduled for 7/29. My sales man was very helpful and polite. Listened to my needs and seen that they were taken care of.
I wish I would have done a little research into this store before ever giving them a dime. First they tried to overcharge us for a couple of bed sets and then after 3 weeks I still don’t have what I ordered and paid for. Now after 4 attempts, I STILL don’t have a box spring that I need. All I am getting is the runaround and hours of being on hold with their joke of a customer service department. They are constantly lying about anything and everything and basically don’t care at all. Don't buy from them! I never seen such horrid customer service ever! I have never been treated so horrible. They don't stand behind the products they sell, they will not allow returns. You call and are on hold at least an hour. at this point I calculate I have wasted over 3 + hours of my life while on hold with their "customer service department " I go into the store to return the item because I am done with them and manger Kyle is a wuss can't help me and puts me back on the phone to be put on hold yet again.
