Terrible customer service. Ordered furniture in October, obviously orders are delayed due to COVID... order was finally confirmed for delivery on 12/31 with a delivery time of 12-3pm. The delivery got pushed back multiple times throughout the day and finally at 5:23pm, I received a text that the delivery was 9mins away. Waited an additional 20mins, and shockingly no delivery. their delivery people 100% awful. their problem solving people 100% failed. will never ship here again. and will tell as many people as I can not to.
10/10 Do NOT recommend buying furniture from here or having JEN NEWBAUER as your sales consultant. Have had to reset my delivery date three times because they decided to change it last minute and not contact me then when I call she tell me it’s in Chicago and if I wanted it I should drive to Chicago to pick it up!! She was extremely rude and told me furniture was not a necessity and when I spoke with the manager he did nothing about it. I had to cancel my order and trying to find furniture somewhere else now. I was looking for a tv stand, (basic) under 150.00. They showed me a electric fireplace with stand for 450.00 I told them it’s only for a bedroom. The sales associate told me “I belong at Walmart.” Totally disgusting and rude. There was another associate sitting on couch who also made a snide remark. It all worked out, I found a great stand for 137.
told me an exact date for delivery and then I call 5 days before to confirm and they now tell me January. so I'm requesting my money back . don't make promises you can't keep. will be contacting the bbb

The people are great and so friendly and we couldn’t believe the prices! We purchased a bed we never thought we would be able to afford or want to have! They also have an acceptance now program that makes it so easy so you don’t have to spend your money in the same day. Our sales lady, Jen, was amazing and really helped us out a lot! She also purchased the bed we purchased and stands by it! She will be the person we go to every time! They also have an insane warranty on everything.
