Bob has worked on multiple computers for me over the past 20+ years. Until recently, he has come into my home to fix my computers. Now, he works remotely, which I appreciate as well. Our office has used Bob's Computer Clinik for many years and will continue to do so. Bob is an expert in his field and he keeps informed and educated in all aspects. He has taught me so much and he has also saved my computer countless times.
Bob has been managing our home computer system for the past few years. He has rescued me from our internet provider on more than one occasion and managed to restore smart TV function when that device mysteriously stopped working. He is responsive, efficient, thorough, and extremely patient.
We have been customers of Bob for about 8 years, now and his service has always been excellent and prompt. He is a patient teacher and actually listens to his customers.
