Great Family Dining This place has always had good food, and quick service. You can take your kids there and no one minds if they act up a bit. The servers are happy to help, even when the food isn't quite right. I have never had a bad experience at this Big Boy resturant.
It's food Big Boy is located on Lansing Road in Charlotte. The waitresses are usually pretty grumpy. The food is rather slow coming out to your table and is sub par in quality. The buffett they offer daily is over priced and full of over cooked food. They do make some very good malts and shakes. If you're hungry and just want to eat, this is the place for you. If you want decent quality, you're better off at a fast food chain resturant.
All American Burger Place This place always has the best customer friendly service, fast food and atmosphere. I've never had a bad experience here. When I have witnessed someone's food or service 'slip' from the norm there is always a manager there to quickly resolve any issues quickly and more than make up for it (with comp passes, free dessert, etc.) Big Boy has all American food (burgers, sandwhiches, breakfast at anytime, etc.) It's almost and American icon.
