We just had dinner there and our service was great. The problem is that her other table who was a black family asked for her attention before I did (I'm white) and the server came to me first. I told her they asked for her before me and I could wait. She proceeded to help me and told them to wait. It was brought to management and I told them what happened. Absolutely not okay in any way shape or form! First time I'm my 46 years of life I didn't tip! Do better Big Boy
I love the Slim Jim sandwich. Every time I go to big boy, I order it. What’s ironic is every other big boy I’ve been to has made the sandwiches with three pieces of ham. This place charged me $11 for one slice of ham and a slice of cheese and it was so overcooked and so thin that it was about 1/2” thick. I complained to the manager but he’s like well I’ll give you $.50 off. I won’t come back here and if you’re smart you won’t dine here.
Big Boy Burger was horrible. Sauce was old. Just did not taste good
