People we real friendly even though they were to busy to help us right away. They let us check out the tundra on our own . My wife noted the interior needed a good cleaning. I noted the battery terminals were both massively corroded and the oil was clean but overfilled. I was concerned enough to walk away.

I'm sorry I was not available to talk to you when you were in, but I was working on one of our local ambulances that had an emergency and thought that was the most important issue at the time. We are a small operation and do not pressure people- which is why we let you check out the vehicle by yourself. After seeing your post, I went to personally inspect the vehicle. Bob's Automotive has gone above and beyond taking care of my vehicles the last year during my career as a rural mail carrier. The road and driving conditions have taken their toll and Bob's bent over backwards to make sure my vehicles were safe and ready for the next day's deliveries. Beyond the mechanics everyone has been beyond kind and helpful. I will miss the friendly faces, honesty, and quality so much when I move!
