My truck broke down on the side of the highway, at 1050 am, sat there with my son until 230 because AAA never came, called a random tow company who sent me to Bob,. My truck never even pulled into the car stalls, Bob came out and it ended up being the mass airflow sensor clogged, he fixed it and sent me on my way home, he was truly a blessing to me that day!! 10/10!!!!!! He is awesome.
My alternator went out on the way home the other day. I had my car towed to Bob's and they were very helpful. It reminds me of an old school type of mechanic where the guy owns the shop and is invested. Invested in the clean appearance of the shop, invested in the customer, and invested in doing good work on the cars.
Pulled in on a Friday morning needing some very quick service. Bob said "give me a few minutes" and twenty five minutes later I was on the road. YAY!Excellent customer service and a real pleasure to deal with. Glad I found Bob's shop!
