5/5 stars I cannot say enough good things about Bob and his team at Bob’s Auto Service Center. I arrived on Sunday 8/2, with a serious oil leak after an oil filter gasket issue caused oil to spray throughout the engine bay. The shop was closed, so I left Bob a voicemail explaining the situation and parked the car there overnight. He called me back first thing Monday morning, which immediately showed the level of urgency and care he brings to his customers. Bobs is the best
This place is awesome! We needed a pre-purchase inspection. They did the full gamut and gave us a clean bill of health on a used car. It was so helpful to have an expert opinion and it gave us the confidence to purchase it, knowing that we weren't getting a lemon.
I have never been so impressed by a mechanic shop and how quickly they get things done. I got a new but used car a couple weeks ago, brought it to Bob (per friend's referral) to have it looked over. Was told 2 things- Turbo hose missing and new breaks, no big deal. He got the parts ordered and a week later I brought it to his shop and he had the the hose in and breaks done the very next day.
