RecommendedI drive a 2013 Ford Escape that recently had repairs done at McKie Ford. When I got my vehicle back from Ford I had noticed some terrible idling issues that had never happened prior to the repairs (vehicle sounded like it was at death’s door while idle). After a couple trips back to Ford and a “we checked everything, your vehicle is fine” even though it sounded worse after each visit, I was referred to Bruce at Bob’s Auto. I live in Arizona. We drove 1300 miles to Rapid City for a wedding. Once we arrived late Friday night, I noticed the back of our vehicle was covered in a light coating of oil. I looked underneath and sure enough, we had a differential seal leaking. I called Steve at Bob's auto on a Saturday morning and he indicated to me that they were closed and that he was camping for the 3 day Labor Day weekend. Very honest repair shop, called them after breakdown while on vacation from Michigan although booked solid worked us in and had repairs done very quickly. Price was very reasonable.
