Phone disconnected while I was on hold. Called back, associate was rude, assuming that I was being impatient. I overlooked it because he sounded super overwhelmed, but I definitely wont be going there. The GM here needs to staff the store better, or dont be surprised when customers dont bother. Your people shouldn't be that overwhelmed.
This place is great, the one one worker George goes above and beyond to help any customer. Bobs auto is lucky to have an honest worker with a great work ethic and impeccable loyalty to the company
