5 Star : My Experience I know there are people who commit insurance fraud and are dishonest when having their vehicles repaired. I know it's hard to trust after experiencing unfortunate situations. However, it's neither good for business nor for social engagement to harass customers about payments especially when a customer shows No signs of any wrongdoing and haven't been told their vehicle is repaired.
