We had a question about further smoothing to the paint fixes we had done, and without hesitation, they arranged for us to get it done without additional costs. My truck wwas towed to a tow lot and I was told bob would pick it up on the following Monday. I gave them until Wednesday and was told they had no idea where my truck was, who picked it up or when it would get to them. They finally received my truck that Friday.
