What a terrible experience! Called this establishment for a repair on a refrigerator, and what I got was a 92.00 service call from a bunch of jerks..Two scraggly guys show up at my door with absolutely no personalities and walked by me to my kitchen without talking after I had tried to greet them. Opened up the freezer panel and used a blow dryer on it for a few minutes. Then, without saying a peep, told me it would cost around 300.00 to fix and couldnt get the part in till next week. My mom and dad have used Bobs for years. My refrigerator quit working so since my parents recommended Bobs, I called them. I was very happy with their work and prices. I can say, I would call them again.
I am very pleased with this company. My refrigerator would not work and I had just bought groceries. This was on Friday and I was so afraid all my food would spoil and I wouldnt have a refrigerator all weekend. I called Bobs Appliance and they came out and fixed it within an hour and for a reasonable price. I never comment on the internet but I was very happy with everything this company had done for me. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
Paid \$72.50 for two good ole boys to repair my washing machine. One of them just stood and watched the other one. They not only did not fix it, they broke it. The machine now has a huge leak and flooded my utility room and sewing room. My husband had moved the washing machine to the driveway before they got here, then had to move it back in himself because these guys had bad backs. We discovered the leak when we turned it on.
