We are locally operated and run since 1977, and work with local mills and suppliers for the materials that we grind to produce our own product. History Established in 1977. Bob's Apple Barrel Bark has been supplying bark and landscaping products in North Central Washington for the past 33 years. We wrote the book on the bark supply business.

Garden soil purchased was not nutrient rich and not much would grow. Had to test soil and discovered it was bad soil, not nutrient rich. This was a few years back. In a pinch needed gravel on the weekend and they were open. Picked up one load and came back for a second (1hr commute) they decided to close early after I was told they close at 4. Highly recommend doing business somewhere else. Very frustrating.
Product was delived the next day and dumped exactly where I wanted it. Dusty the driver was friendly and Cindy on the phone was too. An all around perfect experience!

Good prices, nice people. One can order material to be delivered locally, or you can pick it up yourself and they will load your truck or trailer...
