Sean explained the work needed in a clear, helpful way. Waiting on estimates from Sean as to how to proceed. He was very professional.
The Service tech Danny that came out to look at our unit and explained everything to us as he went along and showed everything to my husband so we would understand what was going on was awesome. Kudos to Danny and Bob’s AC. I highly recommend them. Thank you to the staff for helping us out

I always use Bob's a/c and everyone is so nice and helpful. This week Daniel installed a soft start on my a/c unit...he called when he was on his way and he answered all my many questions in terms I could understand.. he was so polite and professional...I absolutely love my new soft start and my a/c start up is so quiet now...it is right outside my bedroom wall and now it is very quiet...my many thanks to Daniel and all the professionals at Bob's.
