First the good: Bob’s installed my HVAC system several years ago and did at least a 4.5 star job on it, So when I had an electrical problem I called (without an appointment) for two dead electrical receptacles in my kitchen. One was a GFI and the other was a receptacle that I suspected piggybacked off of the GFI receptacle. This is how I reported it. Erik Seeley was professional, knowledgeable efficient and personable. He did an excellent job, while keeping me well informed with the details of his work as well as the status of my AC ‘s condensing unit. I give Eric five stars. By contrast, Bob’s invoice was opaque, providing no breakdown of costs, such as parts and labor. The unsolicited insertion of an annual maintenance contract only confused the invoice in the way that it was presented.
