They arrived at my home within the time originally stated. The person they sent out was kind to me. He was also very informative and did his job well. I will use this service again.
Awesome customer service
I have been having a problem with this business for over a year. They came out to do a septic repair that cost $800 but did not correct the problem. I have had to call them back multiple times and each time they are late or forget to come out at the appointment time. I would not suggest using this business as they are unorganized, tardy and provide poor customer service.
Bob's took my money but never installed the Drain field, nor returned my deposit. If you need a new Drain field save yoursel some greif and go with someone else.
Firstly, service was great, courteous workers, same day service. Was told service would be about 3pm; clled at noon, service was only an hour after I called (nice). The only bad I can say is the bill (it was not what we agreed to but to justify the 65.00 overage was that he used a plunger; I wasn't present to accept the overage but my dingy girlfriend didn't seem to find the detail important enough to inform me of the amount so I was surprised and dismayed enough to call and mention the issue with bob, he stated he or somebo... read more
Bob was honest and very upfront regarding service and pumping. The only thing I was disappointed with is the claim of "Fast Response for Service in 55 minutes." I called in and after he advised me the price I asked if I should be expecting them within the hour and he said " My guy's should be there within 2-3 hours. That is not as claimed in his ad.
