While the flowers looked nice, I paid extra for a banner for my brother's funeral. The flowers arrived without the banner. They did reimburse me for the banner money, but that doesn't make up for not having my brother's flowers correct.
Received 2 beautiful birthday arrangements from them today. The gentleman that delivered was so sweet.

It has been a year since my last review - wife's birthday again, and again a PERFECT arrangement brought to my door. Received an arrangement for my wife ordered by a daughter. Absolutely beautiful. Flowers in perfect shape, selected and arranged with care. Note that the arrangement looks great from either side. PERFECT.
