Went there to get lawnmower blades. I brought the old blades with me. I watched a female stumble around for 15 minutes trying to figure out what blades to give me, and "then" she went and got "help". (Mechanic lol) So then I watched THAT fool fumble around for another 10 minutes... and then the mechanic becomes condescending toward me. I knew EXACTLY what blades I wanted..... but rarely do such businesses put those out within the customers reach or view. I left without blades, and way too much time wasted. Ordered a mower part after a phone quote. Came in and got it, and the price was much higher. Said nothing about the price change, took the part home, and thought...wait a sec....I should complain. Finally called back in 3 days later and told them what had occurred. I DID NOT even have to ask for the price correction. Cindy got on their system, checked and saw what had happened with the price, told me it had reverted to a prior part number's price, and very nicely said she'd refund my money to the current price I was quoted. ... read more
Great service. Just broke a belt at 4:30 on this holiday weekend Friday. Eric and his crew stayed late to put the belt on my mower. Glad there are still small businesses the know great customer service. Saved the weekend of mowing for us.
