The people of upstate equipment (bobcat) have been for awsome people to work/deal with for the years that I have been!! I started with Elmira and I have been dealing with Syracuse now. For no reason other than Elmira has moved further away from me. They all have been great to deal with!! Thank you to all of them!!

There's not much to say about the Bobcat brand or it's equipment, they are by far the standard by which all others are measured,; In regards to the staff and service team, these guys from top to bottom have been the most attentive, personable and professional crew that I'VE EVER dealt with. Having been in the ground breaking/groundskeeping industry for over 29 years, you can see why this was a big deal. I ran into a few issues posed to my by mother nature during my rental, and thes guys bent over backwards to accommodate me.... read more
