Bob small,compact,versatile
I would have not given this company a 1 star rating, but I had to mark at least one. The parts department is a joke. The girl behind the counter is a complete waist of time. And the manager isn't much better. Bobcat couldn't care less if you order something overnight. I'm still waiting 9 days later for an overnight order. If you complain the parts person gets her feeling hurt. With out thinking how much it cost the Custer for there screw ups. If you want bobcat parts. Just drive to another state. I have always had a good experience here. Nick has been great to work with in the rental department and so have the other guys in parts.
We have worked with Randy, Lex, and team for years, and have ALWAYS recommended and appreciated their fantastic service and knowledge. That being said, it is their beyond generous donation of supplies to support the clearing and rescue efforts in WNC during Hurricane Helene that drove me to leave this review. I will spend my money with this team forever for what you all did for WNC and our suffering neighbors. Thank you!!!
