I’ve used them since they’re open. I purchase parts and they also provide technical support. Being an independent mechanic, it’s very helpful to have assistance on unfamiliar equipment. Service is always top notch and the staff goes above and beyond to help out
Bob small,compact,versatile
I would have not given this company a 1 star rating, but I had to mark at least one. The parts department is a joke. The girl behind the counter is a complete waist of time. And the manager isn't much better. Bobcat couldn't care less if you order something overnight. I'm still waiting 9 days later for an overnight order. If you complain the parts person gets her feeling hurt. With out thinking how much it cost the Custer for there screw ups. If you want bobcat parts. Just drive to another state. I have always had a good experience here. Nick has been great to work with in the rental department and so have the other guys in parts.
