Don’t go here, they just push parts instead of finding actual diagnosis. Tried to charge 3000 dollars in parts my machine didn’t need. Take your machines to white star in Stillwater.

On Christmas Eve i called Bobcat of OKC and left a message. Within minutes i got a call back from their sales manager Dusty. I made him aware of what I was looking for and he quickly scanned his inventory and found a couple of options that would meet our needs. A few days later we went and test drove a machine and made a very respectable deal on it. It is now in our fleet of skid steers and is working flawlessly. The responsiveness and professionalism of Dusty made the process a breeze.
Don't go to this place if you have other option. They didn't inspect thoroughly and charged you all services without fixing one of the parts. After talking to manager, he said just bring in next time and they will get it done. Waste my time and trip. After a few weeks, same problem oil leak to my bobcat and they told me new problem which i was not told in the first time when I mention oil leak problem. And I was charge twice due to they didn't check it thoroughly first time.
I have a 130 Bobcat skid loader One of the two belts were making noise. Took it in and told them the belts are making noise nothing else. Asked how much told me they would have to look at it . Get a email with a list of things it needed without saying anything about the belts estimate 2500.00 WOW!! Called them and told them again what I wanted done, belts!!
