I showed them a bad part they sold me and they all just told me they see nothing wrong with the part. While a welder happened to be standing next to me that was about 4’ from me and he could see the bad weld from where he was standing. He agreed with me that it was a bad weld and the guys at the desk all just said there was nothing wrong with it. They would not get me another part and just said that was all they had. This place has awful customer service and that usually reflects management. Being 65 I have deal with a lot of arrogant people but these are the worse.
Upmost worst customer service I’ve received from an equipment parts counter everything i literally had to beg for help and the most I got was told “you’ll just need to figure out the website”
