Needed a joint and a few bolts for a fuel shut off solenoid on a bobcat skid steer and they ended up selling the whole kit to someone that was kind enough to do me the favor of getting the parts for me. Called and couldn’t return the solenoid because its their policy, spoke to Lewisville and Ft. worth bobcat dealer and that policy doesn’t exist with them, this is gross, telling my uncles to be aware of this dealer, as someone who sees bobcats in our family businesses I’m disgusted by this location, wasting time and money.
