Bobcat has been absolutely great for me, I usually speak with Hector whenever I need to rent anything, his customer service is really what keeps me going back, he is very knowledgeable, and respectful, and even if I call last minute he always comes up with a plan to accommodate me, He is the best!!!

Here's my revised review of this dealer. I had a pretty good experience buying a new lawn mower from milford bobcat untill I got home and realized that they sold me a machine that was a full year old and not to mention very dirty as a new unit at full 2026 pricing this was pretty deceitful and I was not happy about this I reached out to my salesman who quickly blew me off so I left a bad review a few days ago. From scheduling the rental of a mini excavator, the delivery and pick up, it was seamless. I would 100% recommend to see Hector for n bobcat of Milford for any equipment rentals. It was the nicest, cleanest machine I have ever rented.
