The worse customer service there is, they keep saying they will return your calls they don’t . Go there in person the guy (Stephon) who is supposedly in charge had to run to store I was told, he was coming back in when I was leaving with Walmart bags with goodies to eat , Real important. I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks for absolutely Nothing
Called on Monday and left a voicemail to order a hydraulic thumb. No call back. Called twice the next day and Brandon said he would have to look it up. Tried calling him back 4 times in the past couple days and can’t get a call back. Called Roanoke location, got it taken care of and ordered in one phone call. Call Roanoke location for any parts needed, better customer service.
I needed a new chainsaw. The staff was nice,. Helped me look at some of the differences between the various models, but wasn't pushy on the sale. Came back a month later to buy a new chain and the man in the back showed me how to sharpen the blade as well. Everyone was nice,. I feel like the price was good. And I'm really happy with the saw I got (a husqvarna)

Then had the nerve to charge me twice. Got loud in front of other customers. That a great way to operate a business. Put the service guys in the front, they would probably handle situations better.
