Customer service is a joke! Took my skid and attachment there for service and a few repairs, they told me TWO DAY turnaround. Fast forward 4 days still no word back and they don’t answer the phone 30 minutes before close, fast forward another 3 days and they finally call back and say it’s gonna be $8,000 for the services. I declined the services and go up there and pay $385 for the diagnostic fee which no one told me about beforehand. Staff are extreamly helpful if you have a trouble shooting problem with your machine. They have helped me many times with my ole T180 Bobcat.
I love everyone who I have met at the Lake Charles Bobcat business. Both personable and professional kept me knowing each step of the way exactly what was going on. Turned out my neighbor was my salesman and such an informed and kind young man Rett, and Rett will do well for you too! I was kept in the loop by him, and I'm forever grateful to him and for everyone who God blessed me with. I have the greatest BOBCAT TRACTOR IN THE UNIVERSE!!!! THANK YOU ALL SO SO MUCH!
