Bobcat of Jacksonville (Leppo Rents) is a dishonest company. I took my machine over September 4, 2024 to have an oil pan put on and motor mount bushings. Before bringing the machine over, I told them to preorder the parts so the parts were there when I dropped off the machine to reduce wait time. It is now December 16, 2024. I bought a Bobcat ct2025 tractor in September of 2024. Since day one this been weak and the loader is extremely jumpy. If you have even a little weight on the forks it will not tilt. I have talked to the service manager and general manager multiple times. Every single time they tell me they will call me back and I don't believe I've gotten a call back a single time. They forgot that when you sell Bobcat equipment you have to be able to service them when they break down. They don’t care about their customers! Only if you rent you have quick service! Poor customer service. Rude parts department. We’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with them, not anymore!
