Bobcat of Indy was founded in 1947 under the name Snider Bros. Inc. The original founders were Lon and Charles Snider. In 1962 the Snider's sold their business to Joe Bright. Later, in 1964 the name was changed to Bright Equipment Inc. Over the years several product lines have came and went but in 1976 Melroe Bobcat loaders were added. Since that time Bobcat has became our main product line. We also have expanded by adding two new locations.
