Contact Zack a few days ago with a handful list of questions regarding an enclosed T66, he answered every single one with such detail and expertise. Pulled the trigger on a new 25’ model and needed it shipped, he helped accommodate and communicate with me on the driver (third party). One thing that truly blew me away, was since this was my first Bobcat purchase, and needed to be shipped, he sent me 10+ videos of how to use the machine. Rented a skid steer with a bucket and post pounder. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to rent equipment from them again. Was able to put in 150 posts in 5 hours, then spent the rest of the time moving dirt and grading. Great people, fair prices.
Good price. Poor communication. Purchased fully loaded gold package T66, 3.5 hr drive for pickup, no bucket, claimed I said I didn't want one. Not sure where they got that from but charged me for a faded light duty bucket. Nice machine.
