Have 2 machines from this place everytime i go to turn a key something is broken on both. Stay away dont buy here. I own a landscaping outfit and they cost me more money than were making.
Awesome group to work with. I use them daily whether it’s sales, rentals, repairs etc. John the rental guy is fantastic, I’ve thrown projects on him last minute that require 4 rentals and he find the time to gather up all of the equipment I need and have it delivered in a timely manner. Highly recommend doing business with them. You’ll be taken care of!
Parts department is a literal joke complete waste of time. Gave benefit of doubt a few times EVERY SINGLE TIME i end up going to Lockport because they let me down.
Can not say enough about the level of service and knowledge all of the staff provide. We recent purchased our second machine from them, they made the buying experience simple and had the new machine on our job site the same day. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
