Parts department is a literal joke complete waste of time. Gave benefit of doubt a few times EVERY SINGLE TIME i end up going to Lockport because they let me down.
Can not say enough about the level of service and knowledge all of the staff provide. We recent purchased our second machine from them, they made the buying experience simple and had the new machine on our job site the same day. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
Great selection on all the different types of bobcat skidsteers and the types of options. Everything is on hand and ready to use for your job. The sales staff will take the time to answer everything you need to know about the right machine for your business.
I bought a excavator from cj of North division,had a couple of small problems,he sent someone out from south division right away.the mechanic was knowledgeable and remedied problems.the machine is under warranty and there was no charge.nice to know you guys got me if I have any problems.look forward to doing more business with these guys in the future.
