Walked into Bobcat looking for an MT 100 met Steve one of the salesman he not only made things easy but also brought me my equipment when it came in from shipping and I didn’t even have to leave the job. I’m very happy with the customer service and would definitely recommend them.
If I could put 0 stars I would. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I leased a brand new L35 through them and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. The machine has had nonstop problems. I bought it at the beginning of 2026 it came to me with no fluids in it and would not run hydraulics for my rake. I sent it in to get looked at and they never fixed the issue and sent it back still with no fluids in it. I’ve put 50 hours on it and the injectors have already blown. I needed a new mower and bobcat had an excellent deal going right now. I went to Lockport bobcat of buffalo and dealt with Andrew. He was top notch. He was very helpful and informative on what I was looking for in a zero turn mower. I filled out paperwork and was approved on a Friday and Monday I had my new mower due to Andrew making it happen. If you ever go to bobcat in Lockport ask for Andrew as he is the man to see. Andrew made it easy and wasn't pushy on making a sale. I love my mower and the price can't be beat. 👍
