We had a T66 go down 2 weeks ago during the worst weather. Joe Canna and his team got us up and running with excellent customer service. Thanks for all the help guys!
I got slammed by Helene and needed a machine to clean up my property. Searched nationally and landed on an amazingly clean E45 from Bobcat of Buffalo. Brooks was amazing and provided all the information I needed to buy this Machine without having to travel there. It arrived to NC today and I am very happy with my purchasing experience. Vet owned and operated. 5 stars, and ask for Brooks, he’s a good dude.
Our Sales associate, Steve Uldrich, conducted an excellent training session with our ground crew supervisor! Steve also came out a few days later to help reattach a rubber ground barrier that came loose during initial operation of our Bobcat. Steve was very personable! We look forward to working with Upstate Equipment!
We have an MT85 that we bought new 7 years ago and now with 2800 hours it’s beginning to go through parts. Adam has been fantastic to work with. Excellent at sourcing parts, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Had final drive sourced and in stock in 5 hours. A month later the other side went and he had one ready for me! Thanks again!
