I rented a scissor lift and was super happy with the customer service at Upstate/Bobcat of Buffalo. Steve, the guy who delivered the lift, was extremely helpful, showed us everything we needed to know and was really patient and kind about it. Delivery was inexpensive and everything went smoothly. Very impressed and will likely rent from them again.
As always, Upstate Equipment is great to deal with for all equipment needs. Service team is helpful and transparent. Steve and John in sales are knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. Thanks for great service!
