Nice people. Work was done good. But not complete. Instead of putting on a new bobtach as requested the service person convinced my wife they could " doctor " the one on my machine to get a little more time out of it. He also pointed out it was slightly bent. Never did anything to straighten it like he said he would. I also wanted a push button starter switch installed. Nine weeks for a skid steer repair promised in four, three phone calls the entire time, and a final bill nearly triple the written quote. That was my experience with Ironhide Equipment (Bobcat of Brainerd). I brought in a 2020 ASV RT-65 on June 30 with a promised completion date of July 30, printed on their own repair order.
