I went 4 times looking for a gas tank (I didn't have one), an oil tank (I didn't have one), and two other parts whose names I don't remember (I didn't have them), they are supposed to be from a Bobcat shop and they never have spare parts.

Never again! 3 purchases (simple attachments) with Forest in sales.The communication was the worst I’ve ever seen. I understand things come in or get shipped late sometimes, but not every occurrence, other companies I know have had the same experience here . A simple text or phone call would solve so many issues they have Made 1 call to Columbia bobcat and had everything to there store within 2 days, zero excuses

Was out in Augusta doing storm work last week when the muffler broke on my still under factory warranty MT100 muffler broke and this dealer said they wouldn't touch it that I had to go back to the dealer that worked on it prior. Not only did I loose work but customers I had promised work too had to go through the trouble of finding someone else to do the work because this dealer wouldn't fix my machine even though it was under warranty.
