I had a very unprofessional experience at Bobcat Nails that made me uncomfortable. There was a baby in just a diaper crawling around the salon floor while services were being performed, which seemed extremely unhygienic for a place where cleanliness should be a top priority. I had a frustrating experience at Bobcat Nails due to significant communication barriers. I had a disappointing experience at Bobcat Nails and won't be returning. The salon had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay for the duration of my appointment. More importantly, the quality of work was extremely poor, especially considering the high price I paid. The technician rushed through my service, and the results looked sloppy and unprofessional.
