As a Lessor I must agree with Fred this is another terrible company that brought old trash from D&L in with it to scam landowners again like Mr. Lupo did when it was D&L energy. They are unresponsive to landowner requests of maintenance and are also unresponsive to payment when it is due. Best advise I can give is do not lease anything to them nor invest they are another example of the oil and gas industry stealing resources from landowners.
So Bobcat bought D&L Energy from bankruptcy court and now wants to collect from investors who went unpaid for sale of deep rights and for the mismanagement of D&L!!!! This investor says no.
