I took in my Expedition because the service engine soon light was on. They charged me $115 just to tell me I needed new struts. The charged $351 to change the spark plugs and $91 for an oil change that they admitted they did not do. They refunded the $91, but why did they try to charge me for something they knew they didn’t do?
I went in there and asked for a quote on replacing the fuel sending unit on my old Jeep pickup. I left with a promise by them to call me with it. Heard nothing. I called there and asked about the quote and was told it was awaiting a parts quote. This was over a week ago, and have heard nothing, so I guess they are not interested. Not going to call, again.
I made an appointment for a simple allignment and they began picking apart "what my truck needs", trying to further empty my pockets with overpriced labor and parts.Along with the extortion attempts I waited over 2 hours for the alignment, even though I was the first and only customer waiting on aan lignment......horrible, don't waste your time nor money.
